Dan De Yo I have been a realtor with Tarbell, Realtors for many years and have been a top producer since the first few months of my career. In addition, I am also a trainer of new realtors at the Yorba Linda office. I have lived in the Yorba Linda area for 18 years. My prior career experience and education paved the way for my successful transition into my real estate career. For 15 years I was the Corporate Credit and Collections Supervisor for a growing distribution company. (Recently, my negotiation skills have been a major asset in closing two very difficult and challenging real estate transactions). In addition to my real estate and financial experience, I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from California State University, Los Angeles. I have also completed required courses at California State University, Fullerton earning a Certificate in Industrial Distribution and earned a Certificate in Credit Administration from the Credit Institute of California.
With my educational background and my real estate negotiation skills, I will give you incomparable service. I am an extremely hard working professional, usually working 10 to 14 hours per day, 6 to 7 days per week. When you allow me to list your home, with your permission, I immediately blanket the surrounding neighborhoods with flyers that announce the listing. I follow-up with an office caravan tour of your home, schedule open houses and advertise in newspapers and magazines. If you are the buyer, I enter your list of requirements into the computer, such as maximum price to be paid, desired places to live, number of bedrooms and baths, etc. The computer then produces a list of homes that meet your requirements. This process potentially saves you and I many hours of viewing homes that would not meet your criteria. . You value your time and so do I. Also, speaking of time, I am the one you have hired so I am the one who you will be working with - not an assistant, transaction coordinator or any other employee that many of my competitors have hired to share the burden of their workload!!
